Rules and RegulationsOf all the rules that apply to ordering from me, There is ONE you must ALWAYS follow. CREDIT ME! I make these graphics for you and only for you. I put time and effort and lots of crativity into these and don't appriaciate you to just kick me around!Payments Make sure you have enough money in your paypal account. I only accept Pay Pal and Image accounts. (Paypal is Preferred) I Don't Give Refunds. You must pay the whole payment when you order. I am reliable. You will get a preview of your order. You will not recieve it till the full payment is paid. So I know you read the rules please post "Life in the fast Lane" in the anything else box! Pictures Pictures must be High Quality. No offensive pics such as porn, death, or sexual. Pictures will be changed if they are too small by me unless you send others. Site Status I DO NOT accept Designs sites for anything. If you are asking for a layout, why are you making a design site. Your site must be hosted. I do not take free hostees, such as, freewebs, piczo, etc. You must have a site online. Even if you have a temporary layout. I may make exceptions to whom I wish. Layout Stuff Be Very Specific. I have had too many orders screwed up cause people tell me to make it unique. I do that and the don't like it. If you are not specific it will not be fixed. You absoulutly must use the layout. You will put on the blacklist if you do not use it. Don't order from me and order from some one else. It is not only rude to me, but to them because you never know whose you gonna use. No editing the graphic in ANYWAY. You may not remove my tag. If you don't have it linked, link back to Evolution05 Designs on your sidebar. I will not edit the graphic. If I made a spelling error I will fix it, but if it was not what you wanted then I am sorry, I will not make a new one. It must be used for 2 weeks or more. I will not allow a shorter time. You MUST use it with in 2 weeks of it being given to you. unless I say other wise. Site Stuff You may choose to link me before or after you recieve the layout. Be specific in your order. I need detailed description. Do not type in StIcKyTaBs. I will not do your order.
